The Wellness Room, run by me, Debi, is a sanctuary for anyone who feels they need help with their mental health.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low in confidence, or simply exhausted from carrying too much for too long.
Therapy gives you a space to slow down, talk openly and understand what is going on beneath the surface. My approach is warm, supportive and practical.
I also help with transformative life changes, using Inner Being Therapy, which focuses on healing the inner child, in order to create a future that you want.

I offer both counselling and hypnotherapy and tailor sessions to your needs. Some clients want a space to talk openly and understand themselves more deeply; others want practical tools and focused support to help create change.
Together we work at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is warm, supportive and non-judgemental. Therapy isn't about "fixing you" - it's about understanding your experiences, making sense of where you are now and helping you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
