Debi offers a mixture of Hypnotherapy, Talk Therapy and Coaching for a variety of issues including: anxiety, stress, performing confidence, weight loss, habits/phobias and pain control.

Set in a safe, quiet, calm space, The Wellness Room is your sanctuary.

Locations both in Hereford and Basingstoke, sessions are private, confidential and set at a pace that suits you.

About Me

My interest in the Wellness sector began over 6 years ago when I started to use daily meditation to lessen the stress I was experiencing at work and in my personal life. Being a self employed performer meant that I was always worrying about the next job: would I be able to pay my bills that month? What would happen if I didn’t get enough work in, or if there were cancellations?

My personal life was also all over the place. I was in a difficult relationship, which had knocked my self confidence. I had lost a lot of friendships and I just didn’t know where to turn.

Eventually, I realised things had to change. I saw a therapist who taught me so many wonderful self-healing techniques that allowed me to leave my partner and take better control of my life. I even found the time to take a holiday (unheard of for me). I found the strength that I knew I had inside and began to utilise those skills to change the patterns that didn’t work for me.

I had grown up using hypnotherapy as a tool for many problems, including confidence building, exams and other anxieties, procrastination and even to help with sleep. My mother is a Hypnotherapist, so I was lucky enough to have learnt these and other therapy skills early on. I had forgotten how beneficial it had been until I started using self hypnosis and meditation again every day and experienced such a personal shift in the right direction.

I began writing and recording my own tailored scripts for myself, family and friends. I want to pass these on to you too.

Meditation and mindfulness really allow us to appreciate what we have in our lives. Hypnotherapy and Coaching let us analyse, re-frame and rebuild ourselves, changing negative patterns into new positive ones.

All of these factors made such a difference to my mindset and overall health. I honestly believe that these forms of therapy will make such a huge impact on YOUR life too.

That is why I started The Wellness Room. So that I can pass on my knowledge to you. You CAN:

  • Feel more positive

  • Reduce stress, anxiety and tension

  • Build your confidence and reach your goals

  • Feel happy

All in a way that suits you!

After all, we all know that if something doesn’t fit easily into our lives, we soon stop doing it!

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Public Speaking and Life Skills Coach & a Nutritional Therapist.
