The Wellness Room also offers courses and workshops for corporate companies, organisations and individuals.

Stress / Anxiety / Burnout
If you or your colleagues or staff are feeling the strain from work or perhaps home life is interfering with the office, The Wellness Room offers online and in person sessions for individuals and groups to help you feel more able to cope at work.
This can consist of counselling sessions, meditations, mindfulness sessions and some breathwork.
Public Speaking Help
There is growing demand for people to lead presentations at the workplace, hold meetings - both online and face to face and it can be stressful!
They say speaking in public creates more fear in people than death. Whether that is true or not, The Wellness Room can help reduce and even eliminate your fear of speaking in public.
A mixture of hypnosis and counselling techniques are used in sessions.


Mindfulness
If you and your colleagues need a bit of calm and tranquility during the day, why not incorporate a 20 or 30 minute mindfulness / breathing session during lunch or after work?
