I have worked professionally as a singer and performer for over 10 years, so understand first-hand how you are feeling.

Having run workshops for performers, corporate groups and individuals needing help with their presenting skills, I am fully equipped to help you feel more confident to show yourself in your best light when public speaking.

We can establish what is stopping you from fully enjoying the performance and then turn it around so that you can get the most out of everything that you do.

Now with a world that has moved online, there are new challenges that many of us are facing. If you need help learning how to comfortably speak at online networking events, making Zoom presentations and so forth, I can help you with that too.

What to Expect

Initial session includes in-depth talk therapy about what you would like to get out of the sessions.

  • Tailored therapy to deal with your specific fears

  • Guided meditation for developing confidence and positivity.

How many sessions will it take?

Without knowing your individual requirements, it is impossible to answer that question. I recommend 4 or 6 sessions, depending on the issue and offer discounted packages. In some cases more of fewer sessions will be needed.
