While each client is different, there is usually a reason for the weight problem. People’s relationship with food is deep-seated and often stems from something in their childhood or at least somewhere in the past that they may not be consciously aware of.

That’s why diets simply don’t work. They don’t deal with the reason you are eating the foods you eat. They just stop you momentarily, often in a way that doesn’t suit you. Diets are generally unsustainable, difficult to follow and very often actually deprive you of the nutrients and energy that you need just to function properly. 

Plus, the weight will almost inevitably come back on when you stop dieting. The emotional need is still there because it hasn’t been dealt with.

With Hypnosis, we can pinpoint the cause of your weight gain (in a safe and manageable way) and work together to take the power away from it, so you can be healthier and in control of your body.

Although it can seem a little scary to delve into the depths of your mind, it will keep silently haunting you and turning into unhealthy and unhappy living, until the problem is acknowledged and dealt with properly.
